Students & Grads

Every year, MultiCare helps high school and college students prepare for the future through programs such as MultiCare Academy for Students in Healthcare (M.A.S.H.) Camp, paid training programs and clinical rotations. In fact, more than 1,600 students complete training at MultiCare every year. We also offer new graduate residency programs for Registered Nurses and Pharmacists and hire new graduates in many roles across our organization.
