Training Programs

MultiCare offers a Medical Assistant Training Program in partnership with MultiCare’s Center for Clinical Practice & Development Ambulatory Education team. This is a paid training program with a two-year commitment to work for MultiCare after completion. Opportunities are available in ambulatory settings in the Puget Sound Region and Spokane, WA.

MultiCare is proud to offer a Nursing Assistant Training Program in partnership with MultiCare’s Center for Clinical Practice & Development Ambulatory Education team. This is a paid, benefits eligible program. Opportunities are in inpatient settings in the Puget Sound Region (Puyallup, Tacoma, Olympia, Auburn, and Covington) and Inland Northwest Region (Spokane and Spokane Valley).

MultiCare is proud to offer a 6–7-week Phlebotomy Training Program. This is a paid, benefits eligible program. The trainee will be hired at one of the various lab locations listed in the Puget Sound Region (Puyallup, Tacoma, Olympia, Auburn, Covington, Gig Harbor) or Inland Northwest Region (Spokane and Spokane Valley). Opportunities are available in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Looking to jump start your career to becoming a Pharmacy Tech? Our Pharmacy Tech Training program can help you get there! This is a 4-6 month paid training program with a two-year commitment to work for MultiCare after completion of the program. The trainee will have the opportunity to be hired at one our various pharmacy locations in the Puget Sound Region (Puyallup, Tacoma, Olympia, Auburn, Covington, Gig Harbor) or Inland Northwest Region (Spokane and Spokane Valley).

Looking to jump start your career while enrolled in nursing school? Apply for our Nurse Tech program! Training to become a nurse is an exciting journey, and MultiCare can help you explore nursing career paths and accelerate your transition to the RN Transition to Practice program upon graduation. This program is available in both our Puget Sound and Inland Northwest Region.

MultiCare is happy to announce our Respiratory Internship Program for qualifying students in the Puget Sound area!
