RN Fellowship

RN Transition to Specialty Practice Program

MultiCare’s RN Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program runs in conjunction with the Transition to Practice (TTP) program, sharing cohort start dates and specialty education class schedules. The TSP Program honors the experience of the RN Fellow by customizing an education pathway based on a learning needs assessment. The program consists of specialty-focused education with didactic and clinical learning components, all of which serve to provide a safe, professional foundation for experienced nurses to enter a new specialty.
