RN Fellowship

RN Transition to Specialty Practice Program

MultiCare’s RN fellowship, titled the RN Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program, is designed for experienced nurses looking to transition into a new specialty. This program offers a supportive and structured pathway for nurses to expand their skill set and enter a specialty with confidence.

Our program

The RN fellowship runs in conjunction with the Transition to Practice (TTP) Program, sharing cohort start dates and specialty education class schedules. The program honors the experience of the RN fellow by customizing an education pathway based on a learning needs assessment. It includes specialty-focused education, combining didactic and clinical learning components, to provide a solid foundation for nurses transitioning into new specialties.
