Hear from our fellows

Our fellows describe the Administrative Fellowship as a hands-on, high-impact experience that provides meaningful work, executive access, and long-term professional relationships—preparing them for leadership roles across health care administration.

“My administrative fellowship was a time of constant learning, exciting growth, and meaningful connection. It gave me the space to explore who I am as a leader, ask bold questions, and contribute to system-level work that impacts our communities. I was often stretched beyond my comfort zone, where I discovered new strengths, learning opportunities, and a greater sense of purpose in my work.”
– Logan Walton (Administrative Fellow, 2024-2025)

“If you want to learn from authentic leaders who will take you out of your comfort zone, see potential in you before you see it yourself, trust you to execute on real work, even if that means making mistakes along the way, and support you along your learning journey, the fellowship at MultiCare is the experience for you.”
– Hannah Wong (Administrative Fellow, 2022-2023)

The fellowship at MultiCare Health System was a catapult for my career. The access I received to work with and learn from executives gave me invaluable experiences and relationships. Jayden Snyder (Administrative Fellow, 2020-2021)

– Amy Winsor (Administrative Fellow, 2019-2020)
