Our GME programs provide a world-class educational experience and deliver an efficient, seamless process for on-boarding medical students and residents to our hospitals. The MultiCare Administrative Fellowship Program is a highly visible 12-month, preceptor-directed learning experience focused on developing emerging leaders for our organization. The program provides hospital management and administrative experience with mentorship from our senior executive team.

The MultiCare Administrative Internship program is a summertime opportunity that takes place over 10-13 weeks. Students in a Masters-level health administration, business administration or similar field will be exposed to the complexity of the health care industry through various projects and preceptor shadowing.
