Competitive RN base pay (step & grade)

Float allowances up to $16/hr, based on tier

$2/hr out-of-radius premium for travel beyond 25 miles

Unified pay structure aligned to the Tacoma General WSNA CBA step-and-grade, for transparency and fairness
