Graduate Students

We offer Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs in both our Puget Sound and Inland Northwest regions. Our GME programs provide a world-class educational experience and deliver an efficient, seamless process for on-boarding medical students and residents to our hospitals. We’re proud to help foster the education of future health care providers through our GME programs.

A residency is a great way to turn your current education or degree into a rewarding career with MultiCare. For graduate students, we offer Physicians & APP Residencies through our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. We also offer a long-standing Pharmacy Residency, and a nationally recognized RN Residency for undergraduates in addition to graduates.

The MultiCare Administrative Fellowship Program is a highly visible 12-month, preceptor-directed learning experience focused on developing emerging leaders for our organization. The program provides hospital management and administrative experience with mentorship from our senior executive team.

The MultiCare Administrative Internship program is a summertime opportunity that takes place over 10-13 weeks. Students in a Masters-level health administration, business administration or similar field will be exposed to the complexity of the healthcare industry through various projects and preceptor shadowing.
