MultiCare is one of the largest clinical training sites for students, residents and fellows in the Pacific Northwest. Our Medical Academics office manages relationships with schools, universities and programs across the country and supports the trainees in our hospitals and clinics. We are pleased to be able to offer this training as professional growth to our physicians and advanced practice providers and to improve the quality and safety of our care.

MultiCare’s Physician & APP Well-Being Program offers multiple areas of support to help providers find meaning, purpose, happiness, joy and well-being at work and in their personal lives. Offerings include dedicated mental health services with confidential counseling high performance executive, leadership and wellness coaching, EMR, practice optimization support and a variety of programs and social opportunities.

As the largest community-hospital-based research center in the Pacific Northwest, the MultiCare Institute for Research & Innovation’s dedicated staff helps providers conduct research as part of their clinical practice. For 40 years MultiCare has leveraged clinical and health services research to provide patients with critical access to treatments only accessible through research in the communities where they live and work.
